Shipping Information

New England Nauticals ships via United States Postal Service priority mail for a flat rate $7.20 to domestic addresses, and PO Boxes.  Priority shipping time is typically 2-3 business days.  Shipping internationally can be arranged by contacting us prior to placing your order so we can calculate additional shipping costs. Shipping confirmation and tracking number will be emailed on the day the order is completed and shipped.

How long does it take to get my order?

Typically 10-14 days as each piece is hand made to order. If need your piece sooner, we will make every effort to accommodate your request.  We do have some pieces in stock for some of our most popular locations. Please call 2017-233-9472 or email Elizabeth@newenglandnauticals.com with requests that we will make every effort to fill.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied, you may return for merchandise credit less the shipping charges within 30 days of purchase.  Items must be unworn/used, in original packaging, accompanied by original sales receipt and prior return authorization. Obtain return authorization by calling 207-233-9472. When shipping back make sure to include tracking number and use original shipping method for return.  NEN is not responsible for returns lost in transit. 

Discounted items or items purchased anywhere except the New England Nauticals website are not eligible for exchange.

Custom order returns policy:

Custom location pieces cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.  If defective due to manufacturing, we will repair or replace free of charge and reimburse for the cost of return shipping.  Defective pieces must be returned for replacement/repair.  Defective claims must be made within 5 business days of receipt.  All returns must be pre-authorized, in original packaging, accompanied by original sales receipt.  When shipping back make sure to include tracking number and use original shipping method for return.  NEN is not responsible for returns lost in transit. 

Repairs:

Chains, bezels and findings are warrantied for 1 year from date of purchase.  We will repair or replace defective items at no charge.  All returns for repairs must be pre-authorized by calling 207-233-9472. We do not warranty products that have been subject to excessive wear and tear and is at the companies discretion.  Items submitted for repair must be returned and accompanied by original sales receipt.  When shipping back make sure to include tracking number and use original shipping method for return.  NEN is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
